Shipping

We strive to ship all orders within 5-7 business days to the United States. We use USPS and UPS (calculated at checkout), but also offer free shipping on orders over $100. Free shipping does not extend to the purchase of skateboards due to the weight and cost to ship. You will receive an order confirmation by email as well as a follow-up email notification when your order has shipped (tracking number included). If you do not receive either of these within 24 hours please contact us via the contact page in the footer. Most orders will be received within 7-14 business days unless otherwise noted.

Returns

In store purchase returns will be accepted within seven days of the original receipt. Proof or purchase is needed and items must be in sellable condition. All Women's Swimwear is considered final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

If mailing is not an option or you would prefer to visit a physical location, you may also exchange at our Boardwalk Store in Ocean City, MD. **You will only be able to exchange or return items to this location. To make a return in-store for a web order, you must initiate a return through https://quietstormweb.myreturnscenter.com/ After your return is approved, you may bring the items along with a copy of the Return Confirmation e-mail to the Boardwalk Store. The refund will be issued in the form of original payment through our website, during regular business hours Monday-Friday.
