Shipping
We strive to ship all orders within 5-7 business days to the United States and its territories. We use USPS Priority (calculated at checkout), but also offer free shipping on all orders over $100. You will receive an order confirmation by email as well as a follow-up email notification when your order has shipped (tracking number included). If you do not receive either of these within 24 hours please contact us via the contact page in the footer. Most orders will be received within 7-14 business days unless otherwise noted.
Some items ordered from our site are shipped directly from the brands. There is a chance these items will be shipped and delivered separately from Quiet Storm merchandise.
Returns
In store returns will be accepted within seven days of the original receipt. Online returns will be accepted within fourteen days of purchase. After this time in store credit may be redeemed. Please mail to the following address:

At this time exchanges may be completed Online. Online Exchanges will be accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date. Please mail to the following address:

If mailing is not an option or you would prefer to visit a physical location, you may also exchange at our Boardwalk Store in Ocean City, MD. **You will only be able to exchange or return items to this location.
